This is a full-time, on-site role for a CAD Pattern Master based in Chennai. The CAD Pattern Master will be responsible for creating and refining apparel patterns using advanced CAD software, ensuring adherence to precise specifications and design requirements. Key responsibilities include developing technical drawings, maintaining CAD standards, collaborating with design teams, and integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) into pattern creation processes. This role requires close coordination with production teams to optimize pattern layouts and ensure efficient fabric utilization.

• Proficiency in CAD Standards and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) techniques
• Experience with Technical Drawing and Drawing applications for garment patterns
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its integration in design processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in pattern development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in design and production
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related fields
• Prior experience in apparel or textile production is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
