We're actively seeking a highly skilled and versatile CAD Master to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role requires extensive experience in both manual and digital pattern making, utilizing industry-leading software such as Tuka, Gerber, and Gemini. The ideal candidate will be adept at new design development, alterations, and possess strong team management capabilities. You'll need to be technically strong in garment construction, playing a key role in translating design visions into precise and production-ready patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Pattern Development (Manual & Digital): Lead manual and digital pattern making processes, utilizing expertise in software like Tuka, Gerber, and Gemini to create accurate and efficient patterns.
- New Design Development: Drive the new design development process from a pattern perspective, collaborating closely with design teams to bring concepts to life.
- Alterations & Adjustments: Perform precise alterations to existing patterns based on fit sessions, design changes, or production requirements, ensuring optimal fit and functionality.
- Team Management: Provide effective team management, mentoring and guiding junior pattern makers and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Garment Construction Expertise: Apply strong technical knowledge of garment construction to ensure patterns are technically sound, efficient for manufacturing, and result in high-quality finished products.
- Quality & Efficiency: Ensure all patterns contribute to product quality, reduce material waste, and optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications
