Correctness (few bugs, few iterations with refactoring)

Application performance (the application does what it's supposed to do without consuming more CPU, memory, or other resources)

Should be able to learn and align with new technologies, protocols, libraries, or even languages as needed

Should be able to withstand the deliverable pressure (to stay on track no matter what, even when you feel way over your head)

Experience with multithreading, dependency injection, and memory management.

Proficiency in Entity Framework, LINQ, and database connectivity.

Unit Testing & Debugging: Strong debugging skills and experience in unit testing frameworks like MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit.

Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar version control tools.

Strong knowledge in C# programming

Hands-on experience with Revit/SolidWorks API

Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming concepts

Communications skills and clearness in the reporting

Should know about any Mechanical/ Civil Engineering Software

Good Understanding capabilities on the requirement

Estimating time required to implement the requirement

Knowledge in any third-party libraries used
