Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architect with 34 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in preparing Construction Documents (CD) and Shop Drawings, along with strong drafting capabilities and project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and review Construction Documents and Shop Drawings with precision

* Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle

* Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications

* Assist in design development and documentation using CAD and BIM tools

* Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities

Required Skills

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting tools

* Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation standards

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

* Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices
