Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Cabin Crew Trainer. The Cabin Crew Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to aspiring and current cabin crew members, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations. The Trainer will work closely with trainees to enhance their skills in communication, customer service, and in-flight operations. The role also involves supervising practical drills, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to improve performance. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation safety, customer service protocols, and airline procedures is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Flight Attendant roles and Aviation operations
- Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to train and mentor individuals effectively
- Familiarity with Aircraft operations and safety protocols
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Professional certification or training in Aviation or Cabin Crew Training is highly advantageous
- Previous experience as a Cabin Crew Trainer or as a senior cabin crew member is preferred
