Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Cabin Crew Instructor. The Cabin Crew Instructor will deliver high-quality training to aspiring cabin crew members, covering flight attendant duties, aviation protocols, customer service excellence, and aircraft safety processes. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, assessing trainees performance, and staying updated on aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cabin crew experience.
• Proficiency in Flight Attendant duties and thorough knowledge of Aviation practices
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to trainees
• Exceptional Customer Service expertise with a focus on passenger satisfaction and safety
• Comprehensive understanding of Aircraft safety and operational protocols
• Passion for teaching and mentoring individuals aiming for a successful career in aviation
• Experience in training or instructional roles, preferably in the aviation sector
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
• Relevant certifications or qualifications related to aviation or cabin crew training
