Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for
DeepTech product and platform teams. The role requires strong expertise in
Agile/Scrum practices, stakeholder collaboration, and driving high-quality product releases. The ideal candidate will act as a
servant leader and Agile coach, enabling teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions, especially in
AI-driven environments.

Experience
- 8–10 years in IT/Product Engineering with Agile/Scrum exposure
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for product/platform teams
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams and complex environments
- Exposure to DeepTech domains (AI/ML, data platforms, cloud) preferred
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / related field
- Certifications: CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master (preferred)
- Additional Agile/Lean/Product certifications are a plus
