HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and documentation processes. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain real exposure to
HR operations, employee experience, and corporate HR workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Students pursuing HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or fresh graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Documentation
- Assist with maintaining employee records, HR documents, and databases.
- Support preparation of HR letters such as onboarding documents, confirmation letters, and internal communications.
- Help update policies, formats, and internal HR files.
Onboarding & Employee Coordination
- Assist with pre-onboarding and onboarding formalities.
- Coordinate welcome activities, orientation support, and employee queries.
- Work with internal teams (IT/Admin) to ensure smooth joining processes.
Employee Engagement & Support
- Support planning and execution of engagement activities, events, surveys, and HR initiatives.
- Assist in gathering feedback and maintaining employee engagement trackers.
HR Compliance & Reporting
- Help maintain attendance, leave records, and compliance-related documentation.
- Prepare basic reports, trackers, and HR dashboards when required.
