Job Overview
The Manager of Outsourced CFO Services with FP&A and MIS Skills will be responsible for managing a team of financial analysts and overseeing all aspects of the financial management services we provide to our clients. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality FP&A and MIS services to our clients, including financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.

- Lead analyst teams and manage client deliverables
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and MIS
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Present reports and recommendations to clients
- Drive process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally Required
Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Tally
Good to Have
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, or SAP
- Prior team management experience
- Hands-on financial modelling and dashboard creation
