About This Opportunity
Handling E2E Network Operations and maintaining service availability for IP nodes. Team is working in IP domain and prime objective is to provide Managed Services to our customers.

What You Will Do
- IP Expert, Leadership, driving innovations, senior resource with E2E telecom services / network knowledge
- Be part of a team managing specific IP Network activities.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
- High focus on managing the team to meet SLA/WLA.
- Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (CSR) with various Stakeholders for IP Operations.
- Performance Analysis & Investigation.
- Interface with Customer, 3PP and related Stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project with Acceptance Test.
- Management in Troubleshooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software
- Outage/emergency Management.
- Adherence to Processes.
- To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.
You will bring
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Must have12+ year of experience in Telecom domain with good customer handling, technical capabilities in IP & Transmission domain. Also good team player and mentor.
- Knowledge of IP protocols for Mobility and Enterprise Networks along with the knowledge of transport carrier network over DWDM/SDH/MW (Multivendor)
- Understanding of Cloud network in reference to IP technologies.
- Management and technical certification will be added advantage
