CA Fresher - LAS Credit

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detailoriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Credit team as an LAS Credit Manager. This role includes evaluation of credit proposals for Loan Against Securities, assess borrower financials, analyze portfolios, and support decisionmaking to ensure highquality credit underwriting.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness of clients using financial statements, credit reports, and industry analysis
• Prepare detailed credit appraisal memos and risk assessments
• Monitor and track the performance of existing credit exposures and portfolios
• Develop and update internal credit rating models and scorecards
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and ensure early warning systems are in place
• Liaise with business teams, legal, and operations for credit approvals and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines)
