Job Description:
MIS & reporting
- Preparation of detailed Strategic plan (5 year plan), annual budget, rolling forecast, monthly/ quarterly MIS, reporting actual spend and variances against plan / forecast
- Tracking and update of Program level development timeline / activities
- Periodic GL review, book closure, compliance with statutory / internal audit
- Contract / agreement review
- Review of Business cases
- Rate negotiations with R & D service vendors
- Filing of statutory returns
Required Experience /Educational Qualification: CA - Fresher
CFT collaboration / co-ordination
- Interaction and support to Cross functional teams across organisation to achieve R&D objective
- Periodic preparation and update to joint development partners on program spends
Knowledge / skill set
- Good communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and quick thinking
- Working experience on accounting software like Oracle or SAP (GL / FICO), well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
- Team player
