Role Overview
You will own financial accounting, compliance, and ERP-driven finance systems in an IRDAI-regulated insurance broking setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage books of accounts, monthly closures, and financial statements
- Handle premium reconciliation, insurer payables/receivables, brokerage accounting
- Ensure IRDAI compliance & regulatory reporting
- Work on ERP systems for accounting, reconciliation, and policy tracking
- Manage GST, TDS, and tax compliance
- Lead audits and strengthen internal controls
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and financial insights
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) (Preferred)
- 3–7 years experience
- Experience in insurance / broking / BFSI domain
- Strong GST, TDS, and accounting knowledge
- ERP finance system experience
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
