CA - Finance Controller - NBFC

About the Company:-

The company operates in the digital lending and financial-technology space, offering streamlined, tech-enabled credit solutions for consumers.

Key Responsibilities:-

Oversee and manage the company's end-to-end financial operations, including

accounting, payroll, invoicing, and financial controls.

Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax,

RBI returns, and audit requirements specific to NBFC and Fintech operations.

Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with AS and

Ind-AS standards.

Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accurate and timely

reporting of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Manage fund flow, working capital, and treasury operations efficiently to optimize

liquidity and cost of funds.

Liaise with banks, NBFC partners, debt investors, and financial institutions for

fundraising, credit facilities, and compliance documentation.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in reconciliation of loan books, disbursements,

collections, and partner settlements.

Requirements:-

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in finance / controllership roles

Relevant experience in NBFC/Fintech/Banking financial operations.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
