Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with Finance, Business, and other relevant teams to facilitate and prepare for monthly review meetings, ensuring all necessary data and insights are available.
- Internal Project Liaison: Act as a key liaison, coordinating and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders on various internal finance-related projects, driving their progress and successful completion.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare comprehensive review reports and compelling presentations for management and other stakeholders, distilling complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Meeting Management & Action Tracking: Accurately draw up Minutes of Discussion (MoD) for review meetings and meticulously track all actionable items to ensure timely follow-up and completion.
- Peer Group Tracking & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of peer group performance, including:
- Preparation of brief notes on earnings calls, capturing key takeaways.
- Reviewing Investor Relations (IR) presentations and analyst call transcripts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) of competitors.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Prepare monthly trend analysis reports for the Pharma Industry, leveraging databases such as IQVIA to provide strategic insights.
- Business Performance Tracking System: Develop and maintain robust Business Performance Tracking systems, including monthly MIS (Management Information System) and financial projections for 2-3 years.
- KPI Identification & Measurement: Identify and effectively measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and their underlying drivers to assess business health and performance.
- Efficiency Identification: Proactively identify areas within financial operations to generate efficiencies and suggest actionable improvements to optimize financial outcomes.
- Corporate Projects: Actively contribute to various corporate projects, which may include fund-raising initiatives and SAP implementation, leveraging financial expertise.
- Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor equity markets and key economic data to provide relevant financial context and insights.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build intricate financial models to support valuation discussions for various business scenarios.
- Acquisition Target Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential acquisition targets to support strategic decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities (Post Listing):
- Strategic Research & Analysis: Provide comprehensive research and analytical support to identify, evaluate, and analyze critical strategic priorities for the company post-listing.
- Periodic Reporting & Presentations: Prepare periodic reports such as monthly & quarterly financial documents, presentations to the Board, investor presentations for conferences, and external communication materials (e.g., analyst/investor interaction reports) post-listing.
- Investor Relations: Nurture strong relationships with shareholders and financial analysts, facilitating transparent and effective communication between them and management.
- Investor Event Management: Manage and organize investor conferences, respond to investor queries, and coordinate conference calls and/or meetings with sell-side and buy-side analysts.
Required Skills:
- Strong coordination skills for collaborating with Finance, Business, and other teams.
- Ability to prepare review reports and presentations effectively.
- Proficiency in drawing up Minutes of Discussion and tracking actionable items.
- Experience in peer group tracking, including analyzing earnings calls, IR presentations, and analyst call transcripts.
- Skills in preparing monthly industry trend analysis reports (e.g., Pharma Industry using IQVIA).
- Experience in developing and maintaining Business Performance Tracking systems (Monthly MIS & Projections).
