Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated CA Article Trainee for a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata. The trainee will engage in essential accountancy and financial duties including assistance with audits, tax filings, and financial evaluations. Responsibilities also include preparation of financial statements, compliance with statutory requirements, and providing support in budgeting and project costing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of senior professionals in a dynamic export and manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- A strong foundation in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
- Proficiency in Taxation and Compliance, including GST and TDS, is essential
- Attention to detail, Analytical Skills, and the ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Currently pursuing CA Articleship under ICAI guidelines with completed IPCC/Intermediate level
- Prior internship experience, especially in the textile or export industry, is an advantage
