LaunchX Ventures is inviting Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) aspirants to join one of India's fastest-growing startup enablement ecosystems.
This is not your average internship. You will be working directly with startup founders, investors, and core LaunchX teamscontributing to real projects in compliance, fundraising, corporate structuring, and legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in startup registrations, ROC compliances, and tax filings
- Assist in drafting investment & legal documents
- Contribute to due diligence, financial analysis & audit processes
- Work with mentors and domain experts on real-time startup cases
- Gain insights into fundraising, ESOPs, and corporate governance
Eligibility Criteria
- Cleared both groups of CA / CS Intermediate
- Actively pursuing Chartered Accountancy or Company Secretary course
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and accounting fundamentals
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to work in a startup culture and learn fast
