Job Description:
- Act as a strong functional lead for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) implementations and support engagements
- Drive end-to-end solutioning based on client requirements and business processes
- Manage client communications, expectations, and relationship throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of C4C solutions
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional designs
- Support configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support activities
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in SAP C4C processes and functionalities
- Ensure timely issue resolution and support for change requests
Required Skills & Experience:
- 810 years of overall experience with strong expertise in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)
- Proven experience in leading C4C solutioning and managing client engagements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong domain knowledge in customer engagement and CRM processes
Preferred:
- Experience in the utilities sector is a strong advantage
