in developing and customizing standard software solutions, with the ability to understand complex

What you will do
. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C programming.
. Customize and enhance standard software products based on business requirements
. Analyze complex actuarial mathematical and business problems, especially in the life insurance domain
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, actuarial specialists and domain
experts
. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
. Participate in code reviews,testing, and deployment processes

What we are looking for
➢ Experience (6-11 years):
. Bachelor's degree (master's preferred)in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
. 6+ years of professional experience in C/C++ development
. Strong mathematical and analytical skills
. Good understanding of software customization and product-based development
. Interest or experience in the life insurance domain is highly desirable
. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
. Good communication skills with English proficiency at C1 level
. Flexible and adaptable to different technologies, tools, and programming languages based on
evolving projects and business requirements
. Willing to travel to client locations as required for project activities, workshops, training
sessions, technical discussions, and business collaboration
