C++ developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient software applications using C++ (C++11/14/17 or later).
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in real-time and large-scale systems.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and other development teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
• Document software architecture, technical specifications, and user guides as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with C++ development in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with standard template library (STL), multithreading, and memory management.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and build systems like CMake, Make, or similar.
• Experience working on Linux/Unix-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with C++17 or newer standards.
• Knowledge of system-level programming, networking, or embedded systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and low-latency systems.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation or tooling.
• Domain-specific experience (e.g., fintech, gaming, telecommunications, embedded systems) is a bonus.
