Job Description

Work closely with server teams to understand scope of future releases, change requests, and customer issues in storage management products.
Analyze, triage, reproduce, and resolve complex software defects within defined timelines.
Participate in design and code review sessions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Contribute to architectural and design reviews during concept and development phases.
Perform release planning activities including risk assessment, effort estimation, and dependency analysis.
Provide technical guidance for feasibility studies, evaluations, and prototyping activities.
Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
Ensure strong focus on unit testing, integration testing, and defect prevention practices.
