Job Description

Interact with server teams to understand scope of future releases, change requests, and customer issues related to storage management products.
Analyze, triage, reproduce, and resolve complex software defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Participate actively in design and code review sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to architectural and design discussions during concept and development phases.
Perform release planning activities including risk assessment, effort estimation, and dependency identification.
Provide technical guidance for feasibility studies, evaluations, and prototyping activities.
Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making within the team.
Ensure robust unit testing, integration testing, and defect prevention practices are followed.
