Job Description

  • Interact with server teams to understand scope of future releases, change requests, and customer issues related to storage management products.
  • Analyze, triage, reproduce, and resolve complex software defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate actively in design and code review sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to architectural and design discussions during concept and development phases.
  • Perform release planning activities including risk assessment, effort estimation, and dependency identification.
  • Provide technical guidance for feasibility studies, evaluations, and prototyping activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making within the team.
  • Ensure robust unit testing, integration testing, and defect prevention practices are followed.
