This is a full-time, on-site Buying Manager role located in Dhekiajuli. The Buying Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. Their tasks will include managing supplier relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing procurement strategies. The Buying Manager will also monitor inventory levels, prepare purchase reports, and coordinate with internal departments to align purchasing needs and deadlines.

• Strong skills in Sourcing, Negotiation, and Vendor Management
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Procurement Management
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Operations
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in procurement, buying, or a related field is preferred
