Hiring: Buyer Furniture, Gifting & Miscellaneous | Noida (Sector 62) | 35 Years Experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Buyer to manage our Furniture, Gifting, and Miscellaneous categories in the Indian market.

If you have strong expertise in product costing, vendor negotiations, purchase order management, and data-driven procurement, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end buying for Furniture, Gifting & Misc categories

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors across India

Build strong vendor partnerships to ensure supply continuity

Prepare detailed product costing (RM, labor, packaging, logistics, margins)

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms

Create, release, and track Purchase Orders (POs)

Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays proactively

Maintain procurement data and prepare MIS reports

Ensure product quality standards, sampling approvals & compliance

What We're Looking For

35 years of buying experience in relevant categories

Strong understanding of Indian sourcing ecosystem

In-depth knowledge of costing & margin calculations

Hands-on PO management experience

Strong negotiation & vendor management skills

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS)

Good communication & stakeholder coordination
