Job Summary

Della Townships is looking for a professional, well-groomed, and highly disciplined Butler to assist and travel along with the CMD for official and personal hospitality requirements. The ideal candidate should be flexible with working hours, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional service standards while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination for the CMD.

Key Responsibilities

. Provide personalized butler and hospitality services to the CMD.
. Accompany the CMD during travel between Mumbai and Lonavala.
. Coordinate daily schedules, refreshments, meetings, and guest hospitality.
. Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of meeting or personal spaces.
. Assist in serving food and beverages professionally during meetings and events.
. Handle travel arrangements, packing assistance, and coordination whenever required.
. Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism.
. Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
. Be available for flexible working hours based on the CMD's schedule.
. Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, drivers, and other support staff for seamless operations.

Job Expectations:

Candidate Requirements

. Prior experience as a Butler, Personal Attendant, Hospitality Associate, or Steward preferred.
. Candidates from hospitality, luxury hotels, aviation, or premium service backgrounds will be preferred.
. Good communication skills and pleasing personality.
. Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented individual.
. Flexible with timings and travel requirements.
. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
. Basic knowledge of hospitality etiquette and guest handling.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Aviation, or Butler Services will be an added advantage.
