Responsibilities:

• Meet and welcome guests upon arrival, assist them in settling into their rooms.
• Anticipate guests needs by learning their preferences, allergies, and dislikes.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all spirits, wines, and specialty foods available in the hotel.
• Assess and restock wine and spirit collections as necessary.
• Serve meals and pour drinks for guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient times for guests.
• Run errands for guests as required.
• Ensure guest rooms remain clean and tidy; assist with room upkeep when necessary.
• Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
• See guests off during check-out with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Stay updated on hotel safety, hygiene, and operational policies.
• Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
