About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to handle international outreach, generate qualified leads, and build client relationships for our IT and digital marketing services. The role involves working with the US market and requires confident communication and a strong understanding of our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Generate qualified leads for services like SEO, social media marketing, SEM, web development, and mobile app development.
Understand client needs and suggest the right solutions.
Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track progress.
Conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure smooth communication.
Meet monthly and quarterly targets set by the team.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
Good understanding of IT and digital marketing services.
Experience in international sales or outbound lead generation.
CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
Ability to negotiate and close deals.
Strong research and reporting skills.
Time management and the ability to work under deadlines.
Comfortable working the US shift.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
