Key Responsibilities
- Own the new business pipeline - identify, prospect, and convert new enterprise clients.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Pitch localization, translation, and AI-powered language solutions to global businesses.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and deal-making.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets.
Required Skills
- 45 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales / Enterprise Sales.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
Preferred Background
- Experience in the Translation / Localization / Media / Language Services industry is a strong advantage.
- Existing network or connections within BFSI, Pharma, or IT sectors.
- Experience selling services or SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
