Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Achieve and exceed the division's sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement product strategies focused on new product development and targeted business growth.
- Expand presence with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to drive higher volumes.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new geographies and customer segments.
Sales & Business Development Leadership
- Lead the Sales & Marketing function aligned to divisional growth plans.
- Leverage CRM systems and data-driven insights for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Define pricing strategies and positioning within the global automotive ecosystem.
- Explore and establish partnerships, alliances, and potential JV/M&A opportunities.
Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization
- Improve manufacturing and operational KPIs in collaboration with Operations.
- Optimize raw material sourcing, energy consumption, and reduce manufacturing waste.
- Implement lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
P&L & Financial Performance Management
- Own and manage the complete P&L of the CSS Division.
- Drive profitability and enhance ROCE (Return on Capital Employed).
- Implement strong financial controls, risk frameworks, and robust inventory management systems.
Strategic Planning & Board Engagement
- Present monthly and quarterly performance updates to the Board.
- Align divisional goals with the group's long-term strategy and vision.
- Develop strategic capex and product roadmaps to ensure future sales pipeline and readiness.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and foster a high-performance culture across Sales and Operations teams.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and supply chain.
- Lead training, development, and succession planning initiatives for key talent.
