What Would You Do

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and driving transformation initiatives, specifically in the Finance and Accounting (F&A) domain. Your role will involve the following:

  • Developing a transformation vision: Create a comprehensive vision for business transformation in alignment with client goals.
  • Assessing feasibility and capability gaps: Evaluate the current state of the client's business, identify gaps, and assess the feasibility of achieving the transformation vision.
  • Planning journey management: Guide clients through their transformation journey, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Leveraging industry trends: Translate economic trends into competitive advantages for clients, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of their industry.
  • Driving transformation for profitable growth: Enable businesses to evolve and adapt by transforming operations to support sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Driving F&A transformation globally: Lead the transformation efforts in the F&A domain for clients, leveraging tools such as LSS (Lean Six Sigma), standardization, policy, automation, and platform-based enablers.

You will be expected to have flexibility with work timings, including the ability to work during US time zones, and you will be required to work from the office (100% flexibility).

What Are We Looking For

  • Transformation Experience: Proven experience in business transformation initiatives, especially within the F&A domain.
  • F&A Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of financial operations and how transformation can improve these areas.
  • Knowledge of Platforms and Automation: Familiarity with platforms and automation tools used for business transformation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work with flexible work hours and office-based work.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership: Ability to engage with senior management, clients, and peers to drive initiatives forward.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Problem-Solving: Analyze moderately complex problems and create new solutions by adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Strategy Alignment: Align with the strategic direction set by senior management and ensure the team's goals are in sync with organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage medium to small-sized teams or work efforts, either as a contributor or leader.
  • Client Interaction: Primarily engage with peers and management levels at the client, while also maintaining close communication with Accenture management.
  • Minimal Guidance: Work with minimal supervision and apply your judgment in determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Decision Impact: Your decisions will affect your team and occasionally impact other teams.
  • Work in Rotational Shifts: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as needed.
