Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation & Analytics
- Collaborate with clients to analyze finance processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design actionable transformation strategies.
- Develop finance analytics solutions to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Implement data-driven insights to optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and other finance operations.
Solution Implementation & Advisory
- Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and co-create analytics solutions.
- Support deployment of analytics platforms and tools (e.g., TM1, Planning Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
- Provide advisory on best practices, automation, and finance process standardization.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Own project deliverables from concept through execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to enable solution implementation.
- Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and client leadership.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay current on finance analytics trends, emerging technologies, and IBM solutions.
- Support development of reusable frameworks, templates, and accelerators for finance transformation projects.
