Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant with a focus on finance and business analytics, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients for their Enterprise Planning and Performance Management needs. You will design, build, and manage planning and performance management technology solutions that assist clients corporate strategy to execution process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Build Solutions: Design, build, and manage planning and performance management technology solutions that meet clients needs, utilizing technical proficiency in AI-infused extended Planning, Analytics (xP&A) and Performance Management platforms.
- Analyze Data and Drive Insights: Analyze data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions, effectively communicating these insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive performance management discussions.
- Identify Performance Gaps: Identify performance gaps, implement change, and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps, leveraging knowledge of financial planning processes and AI/ML infused forecasting algorithms.
- Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their Enterprise Planning and Performance Management needs, combining business acumen, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.
- Develop Financial Models: Develop financial models and plans, including financial statement (B/S and P&L) planning and financial modeling, to support clients corporate strategy and execution process.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to AI-infused Planning and Analytics: Experience working with AI-infused extended Planning, Analytics (xP&A) and Performance Management platforms, such as IBM Planning Analytics and Cognos Controller.
- Financial Planning Processes: Exposure to financial planning processes, including strategy, marketing, sales & operations planning, capital planning, project planning, production and capacity planning, long-range forecasting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting, and financial statement (B/S and P&L) planning.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Experience working with data analysis to drive insights and make data-driven decisions, with the ability to effectively communicate these insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency in Cloud Software: Exposure to cloud financial planning & performance management software, with the ability to design, build, and manage planning and performance management technology solutions.
- Financial Modeling and Planning: Experience working with financial modeling and planning, including financial statement (B/S and P&L) planning and financial modeling.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- AI/ML Infused Forecasting: Exposure to AI/ML infused forecasting algorithms, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Cloud Financial Planning Software: Exposure to cloud financial planning & performance management software, with the ability to design, build, and manage planning and performance management technology solutions.
