Role Overview

The role is responsible for coordinating between business teams, store teams, and the technology team to ensure smooth execution of system-related requirements, issue resolution, process improvements, and reporting. It involves translating operational needs into clear, actionable development inputs, while ensuring that implemented solutions are effectively tracked, adopted, and continuously reviewed across all locations.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Translate business and store requirements into clear, actionable briefs and ensure precise execution through the technology team.
• Own end-to-end tracking and closure of all tech tasks, feature requests, and issues with strong discipline on timelines.
• Drive alignment between stores, business leaders, and developers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and seamless implementation.
• Ensure effective system rollouts and high adoption by embedding processes into daily store operations.
• Strengthen operational excellence through continuous process improvement, regular audits, and structured vendor management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 100% clarity and completeness in all business requirement documentation before tech submission
• 95% of tech tasks, issues, and requests closed within defined timelines
• 90%+ adoption of system updates and process changes across all relevant functions
• Measurable reduction in recurring operational issues through structured interventions
• 90%+ audit compliance and 95% vendor adherence to timelines and quality standards

Candidate Profile

• Age: 2335 years (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar / tech coordination / operations role
• Technical Exposure: ERP, apps, websites, workflows, reporting tools
• Skills: Strong communication, follow-up, coordination & multitasking
• Analytical Ability: Good with numbers; problem-solving mindset
• Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi (mandatory)
• Work Style: Organized, execution-focused, cross-team coordination
• Flexibility: Travel-ready, adaptable, handles multiple follow-ups simultaneously
