Your Role

  • 3+ years leading progressively larger teams as hands-on technical leader, with a primary focus on analytics, reporting and data design
  • 8+ years working with reporting and analytics tools and experience with dimensional modelling and design experience with Qlik, power BI, Oracle BI, Informatica ETL, Oracle Analytics Cloud and/or MDM would be Plus.
  • Experience working with ERP data sources. Knowledge of financial systems like Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud Fusion and Salesforce.
  • Experience working on agile team, participating in various roles in Agile projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels and areas of the organization, including IT Management, senior financial managers, international team members, technical, and non-technical associates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate discussions, perform demonstrations, provide updates, and identify issues/risks
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science/Computer Science/Information Technology or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting and related work experience

Your Impact

You will be part of the project team that delivers reporting functionalities which are critical to the PTC's Finance team. This individual will be primarily responsible designing some of these functionalities and deliver them along with other members of the team

Your Team

You will be a part of Business Intelligence team with varied skill sets and experience level.This team is instrumental in providing information to business which helps them understand how PTC is performing i.e. Corporate level reporting. This team is an integral and important part of IT offshore development Centre.

Your Day-to-Day

On a daily basis, this individual will be part of scrum team dedicated to the project. The person will be attending daily scrums and work with Scrum team (Business, Product owner, QA, other BI team members) to groom the stories/understand the requirements and then design, develop and deliver these critical business problems.
