Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain, University Graduate, 2025

Role Responsibilities:

1. Partner with internal business teams and application engineers to define and implement product requirements and solutions.
2. Conduct workshops to clarify requirements and build robust solutions for complex business problems.
3. Design medium-complexity solutions and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on complex designs.
4. Create comprehensive documentation for system solutions, configurations, testing strategies, and issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience in building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, implement, and support).
3. Internship or full-time experience in designing and implementing supply chain systems.
4. Experience working with database technologies and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
