Role
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Applications team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Director, IT Applications.
You will help drive the evolution of the world's largest cloud security platform, leveraging your passion for technology to enable organizations worldwide to harness the speed and agility of a cloud-first strategy.
What You'll Do (Role Expectations)
- Drive the implementation and augmentation of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and HR Service Management/Employee Center
- Lead integration projects connecting ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes
- Design and deliver ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards, reports, and KPIs that align with ITSM best practices
- Manage the ServiceNow platform experience across ITSM, HR, and Security modules
- Utilize ITOM modules including Event Management, Orchestration, or Operational Intelligence alongside CMDB and Asset Management

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 4 years focused on the ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Kanban, Scrum, or Scaled Agile
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform and experience with project tracking and collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence
- Consulting experience in ITOM (including cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), IRM, CMDB, TPRM, or AIOps
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist Certification
- ITIL V3 or V4 certification, or Specialist certifications in ServiceNow ITOM, CSM, or Performance Analytics
- Knowledge of ServiceNow UX capabilities, Employee Center portal, and familiarity with AI-driven features like Predictive Intelligence and Now Assist
