This position will involve analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and improvements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system functionalities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SQL or experience with database management systems is a plus
