Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst with 8-14 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements for IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and document functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to improve business processes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8-14 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Mandatory for Insurance Domain.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
