Develop and implement building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification, accuracy, and reliability of work methods and systems.
Facilitate and handhold clients during visits, ensuring proper coordination for conference/meeting rooms, food & beverage services, AV equipment, and projectors.
Ensure adequate supply of materials and services for proper operation of buildings and manage supply/service contracts approved by the client.
Routinely inspect all contracted services to ensure performance standards are maintained.
Achieve client satisfaction in line with expectations.
Plan, organize, and arrange internal events for processes or business units.
Develop contacts and coordinate with Security, GIT/IT, Admin, and Business teams.
Provide timely inputs to Admin Lead for any concerns or escalations.
Ensure compliance with JLL management regulations and requirements.
Contribute to Monthly Management Reports, Quarterly Business Review reports, and cross-audits.
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
Manage all health and safety issues and actively participate in health and safety reviews.
Assist in the re-sourcing of other operational aspects as required.
Carry out vendor background checks and maintain external employee data.
