Key Responsibilities
Soft Services Operations Management
- Oversee housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture services
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across common and operational areas
- Monitor usage of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment maintenance
- Manage waste disposal, sanitation, and hygiene compliance standards
Site Inspection & Service Monitoring
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify cleaning and maintenance needs
- Ensure timely resolution of identified issues with team support
- Maintain high service standards across all assigned areas
Team Management & Work Allocation
- Prepare shift-wise work schedules and duty allocations
- Brief and debrief staff on daily tasks, responsibilities, and special instructions
- Ensure proper discipline, grooming, and conduct of housekeeping staff
Vendor Management & Coordination
- Manage vendor staff deployment, attendance, and contract compliance
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Coordinate with external service providers for smooth operations
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain operational records including budgets, inventory, and consumables
- Prepare reports such as DMR, MMR, and QBR for management review
- Track and report service performance and improvement metrics
Inventory & Resource Management
- Ensure adequate availability of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage stock levels and place procurement requests when required
- Oversee maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment
Budget & Cost Management
- Assist in preparing and managing operational budgets
- Estimate costs for services, improvements, and special requirements
- Support cost optimization initiatives without affecting service quality
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Address and resolve client concerns related to soft services
- Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and standards
- Maintain strong communication with site stakeholders
SOPs & Process Improvement
- Develop, review, and improve SOPs and operational checklists
- Ensure adherence to standardized processes across all soft services
- Implement periodic improvements in operations and service delivery
Training & Development
- Conduct training programs for staff to improve service quality and skills
- Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance across soft services operations
