Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Soft Services Operations Management

  • Oversee housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture services
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across common and operational areas
  • Monitor usage of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment maintenance
  • Manage waste disposal, sanitation, and hygiene compliance standards

Site Inspection & Service Monitoring

  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify cleaning and maintenance needs
  • Ensure timely resolution of identified issues with team support
  • Maintain high service standards across all assigned areas

Team Management & Work Allocation

  • Prepare shift-wise work schedules and duty allocations
  • Brief and debrief staff on daily tasks, responsibilities, and special instructions
  • Ensure proper discipline, grooming, and conduct of housekeeping staff

Vendor Management & Coordination

  • Manage vendor staff deployment, attendance, and contract compliance
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Coordinate with external service providers for smooth operations

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain operational records including budgets, inventory, and consumables
  • Prepare reports such as DMR, MMR, and QBR for management review
  • Track and report service performance and improvement metrics

Inventory & Resource Management

  • Ensure adequate availability of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Manage stock levels and place procurement requests when required
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment

Budget & Cost Management

  • Assist in preparing and managing operational budgets
  • Estimate costs for services, improvements, and special requirements
  • Support cost optimization initiatives without affecting service quality

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Address and resolve client concerns related to soft services
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and standards
  • Maintain strong communication with site stakeholders

SOPs & Process Improvement

  • Develop, review, and improve SOPs and operational checklists
  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes across all soft services
  • Implement periodic improvements in operations and service delivery

Training & Development

  • Conduct training programs for staff to improve service quality and skills
  • Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure statutory and safety compliance across soft services operations
