Role Description

This is an Fulltime on-site role for a Business Support Assistant, based in Vijayawada. The Business Support Assistant will support day-to-day operations across order management, inventory tracking, customer communication, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities include managing and fulfilling orders received through the website, assisting with packaging and dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory records, and conducting regular follow-ups with manufacturers and vendors to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves responding to customer emails and social media DMs, as well as tracking business expenses using Excel or Google Sheets. The candidate will work closely with the team to support efficient workflows and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in English is required, while Hindi is a plus. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. A practical, problem-solving mindset and patience in dealing with customer requests are important. An interest in watches or design will be an added advantage.

This role requires a commitment of 6 days a week, 8 hours per day, and offers hands-on exposure to multiple aspects of a growing watch brand.
