Job Description

  • Service Request Management: Handle day-to-day operational and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update dashboards, and provide clear communication on task status.
  • Process Support: Execute established workflows for data requests, reporting updates, and system maintenance.
  • Process Automation: Build automation to manage workflows, generate status reporting, and track tickets
  • Collaboration: Partner with Internal Business Partners and data technology team to ensure alignment and seamless communication with partners.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
