Roles:

  • Client Engagement:

  • Project Management:
  • Manage and oversee CRM implementation projects.

  • Monitor project timelines and milestones.
  • Post-Implementation Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
