Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Strategy Teacher to teach IB Board Class 10 students. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of business concepts, strategic decision-making, case studies, and IB curriculum requirements. They should be passionate about teaching, capable of fostering critical thinking, and committed to student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive business strategy lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
- Teach core business concepts such as market analysis, competitive strategy, financial planning, entrepreneurship, and decision-making frameworks.
- Use case studies and real-world business scenarios to enhance student learning.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that meet IB standards.
- Guide students in internal assessments, projects, and exam preparations.
- Provide personalized support and mentoring to students.
- Stay updated with IB syllabus changes and industry trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- IB teaching certification (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience teaching Business Studies or Strategy, preferably in an IB setting.
- Strong understanding of business models, corporate strategy, and global business trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create an interactive and inquiry-based learning environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IB assessments and grading.
- Prior work experience in a business or corporate strategy role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
