Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to work directly with the Group President in driving business development, strategic planning, and performance tracking across multiple group entities. The group operates across a product-based software company, green farm/agri business, real estate ventures, and an investment arm.

This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to convert leadership vision into structured, executable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Planning

•Support the Group President in defining business strategies, annual operating plans (AOPs), and growth roadmaps across group entities.

•Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to support strategic decisions.

•Build business cases, revenue models, and financial projections for new initiatives and expansion opportunities.

•Support evaluation of new investments, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Business Development & Execution Support

•Translate strategic priorities into clear action plans with milestones, KPIs, and ownership.

•Track execution of key initiatives across businesses and highlight risks, gaps, and corrective actions.

•Coordinate with leadership and functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

•Assist in GTM strategies, pricing frameworks, and market sizing where applicable.

CEO / Group President Office Support

•Act as a strategic support function to the Group President, helping with follow-ups, reviews, and decision tracking.

•Prepare leadership decks, board presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.

•Provide structured insights and recommendations to enable faster, data-driven decision-making.

•Handle confidential and sensitive business information with maturity and discretion.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

•Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics across business units.

•Track financial and operational KPIs and present insights during leadership reviews.

•Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic review meetings.

Cross-Entity Coordination

•Work with stakeholders across different companies to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.

•Support special projects spanning multiple business units.

•Enable collaboration between teams with varied business models and operating styles.

Required Skills & Experience

•2–4 years of experience in strategy, business planning, CEO/Founder's office, consulting, or program management roles.

•MBA from a reputed institute preferred.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Experience in preparing strategy decks, dashboards, and leadership reports.

•Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI / Tableau (or similar tools).

•Ability to work in ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.

•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Exposure

•Experience working closely with senior leadership (CEO, President, CXOs).

•Exposure to logistics, financial services, technology, agribusiness, real estate, or investments.

•Experience in program management, process improvement, or transformation
