Job Description

Job Role : Own high-level strategic problem statements and drive cross-functional execution, while building structured, scalable, fully tracked systems and processes; requires strong understanding of business functions, stakeholder coordination, analytical and problem solving skills, and digital workflow design, integrating latest technologies and tools ensuring scale, efficiency and resilience built into the systems designed.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Own high-level, ambiguous strategic problems and drive them from definition to end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Proactively identify and take ownership of high-impact initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Translate business objectives into structured execution plans with clear workstreams, ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing systems, workflows, and implicit and explicit dynamics within functions to effectively navigate and execute initiatives.
  • Drive execution of strategic projects by aligning initiatives with functional priorities, operating rhythms, and team dynamics to ensure seamless integration.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination by aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery through strong communication and influence.
  • Demonstrate strong prioritization, focusing on high-impact work and sequencing initiatives based on urgency and value.
  • Establish and maintain centralized tracking systems to ensure visibility, accountability, and timely progress across initiatives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges early, and drive proactive mitigation.
  • Drive structured decision-making by evaluating options, trade-offs, and presenting clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Act as a central visibility layer for leadership on progress, priorities, and execution health.
  • Design and implement scalable systems, SOPs, and end-to-end digital workflows with real-time tracking and data flow.
  • Drive strong adoption of systems by aligning with team workflows, addressing resistance and apprehensions and embedding usage into daily operations.
  • Establish post-deployment monitoring to track performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate workflows and decision-making using data, technology, and AI, and design scalable, unbiased systems that replace manual, repetitive, and judgment-heavy tasks to improve efficiency and consistency across functions.
