About the role - you will:

  • Instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our AI-driven solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions to facilitate the seamless launch of new products
  • Manage beta testing phases to gather critical feedback on product features and issues
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-release
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials and programs for end-users to ensure effective product usage
  • Be working closely with product development teams to identify, document, and address any product issues or enhancements
  • Act as a liaison between the end-users and the technical team, translating technical information into user-friendly language
  • Monitor product performance and user experience post-release, offering proactive support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to inform future product developments and improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI technology trends and best practices to provide expert advice and support to our customers
  • Provide prompt engineering and best practices on the use of the solution to achieve the best results and outcomes

About you:

  • Experienced in customer support aspects
  • Experienced in gathering and digesting training materials to create and engaging and informative training session
  • Experienced in knowledge transfer, focusing on the ability to explain complicated concepts according to the relevant audience
  • Experienced in GenAI concepts and prompt engineering
  • Motivated and eager to learn new concepts and skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of GenAI technologies
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-learning skills and self-development

Your experience includes:

  • Experience and motivation for customer support and technical support
  • Understanding of AI concepts and applications, with the ability to explain complex technical details in simple terms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and empowering others
  • Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or webinars
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus
