This full-time on-site role for a Business Strategy Manager is based in Surat. The Business Strategy Manager will oversee and execute business planning, drive strategic initiatives, conduct market research, and provide consulting to optimize the organization's growth and performance. Responsibilities also include data analysis, developing and implementing business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and manage long-term goals effectively.
• Expertise in Market Research to identify opportunities, understand market dynamics, and guide decision-making processes.
• Background in Consulting and proven ability to advise and guide business operations and growth strategies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced business environment and deliver results within deadlines.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
