This role opens two markets: theUS enterprise market through GTM and thought leadership, and India's AI ecosystem through strategic network-building. You will own real pipeline and real relationships from week one — not slides.
Role 1- BD Specialist
GTM & Business Development
■ Build and execute the US go-to-market strategy for WisdomTree's AI consulting practice — FinTech, Healthcare, Retail,
and Technology sectors.
■ Own the full BD lifecycle: identify leads → qualify → outreach → first meeting → proposal support → CRM tracking (HubSpot or equivalent).
■ Develop the US partner outreach playbook: hyperscalers, system integrators, and enterprise AI buyers; build qualified
pipeline through warm introductions and content-led engagement.
■ Build AI-powered lead generation and partner segmentation workflows; pilot BD automation tools.
■ Support WisdomTree leadership in US conference positioning, panels, and webinar-led demand generation.
■ Report BD pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and thought leadership impact to leadership weekly.
■ INDIA MARKET
AI Company Network & Partnerships
■ Build a curated network of India-based AI companies — startups and scale-ups — serving WisdomTree's enterprise
clients across governance, data, compliance, and deployment.
■ Evaluate AI startups against enterprise-readiness: team depth, pilot experience, governance scaffolding, and integration
readiness.
■ Manage the AI company pipeline for VarsityX's school program — matching CXO showcase partners to cohorts.
■ Identify co-creation and co-GTM opportunities between WisdomTree's consulting practice and India-based AI product
companies.
■ YOU BRING
Ideal Profile
A fresh graduate or early-career professional (up to 2 years) from a Tier 1 institution with strong commercial instincts and genuine interest in AI's enterprise application. You understand what a CIO cares about. You can write a sharp LinkedIn post and a sharp pipeline report. Comfortable navigating US and India contexts simultaneously.

Role 2 - Program and Marketing Specialist
VarsityX is building India's most rigorous AI education platform for high schoolers — starting with the FutureX AI Lab at Vasant Valley School. This role owns the brand, the content engine, and the partner marketing that makes theprogram real and scalable. You will be the voice of VarsityX across every channel that matters.
■ SOCIAL & CONTENT
Brand & Social Media
■ Own VarsityX's social media presence across LinkedIn and Instagram — building a content engine around student
stories, industry partner spotlights, and program milestones.
■ Create and manage a weekly content calendar; write copy, brief designers, and manage approvals end-to-end.
■ Amplify the FutureX AI Lab brand: student publications, school partnership announcements, and capstone wins as proof
points.
■ Build and maintain a library of program collateral — decks, one-pagers, digital assets — for school pitches, partner
onboarding, and media.
■ Coordinate LinkedIn posts from founding team and CXO partners for maximum organic reach.
■ PROGRAM MARKETING
School Adoption & Partner Pipeline
■ Build the marketing pipeline for school adoption — case studies, impact reports, and outreach to school leadership and
parent communities.
■ Plan and execute events: school kickoff events, capstone showcases, parent briefings, and AI education roundtables.
■ Develop partner value propositions: what AI companies and CXOs get from being in the classroom — talent pipeline,
brand, research access.
■ Track program reach, engagement metrics, and content performance; iterate every term.
■ Support expansion from Vasant Valley to the next 3–5 school partners — document what works.
■ PARTNERSHIPS SUPPORT
CXO & Academic Network Marketing
■ Coordinate partnership materials and masterclass integration within program communications.
■ Build content around the network of academic collaborators — faculty from Ivy League, IIMs, IITs — for research showcase tracks.
■ Brief industry partners pre-session and create post-session content: recaps, social posts, partner spotlights.
■ YOU BRING
Ideal Profile
A fresh graduate or early-career professional (up to 2 years) from a Tier 1 institution with genuine curiosity about education, AI, and brand building. You've led something — a club, a content account, a campaign — and have the receipts. As comfortable building a content calendar as briefing a CTO on the program.
