Job Description

To drive B2B sales growth in the wire and cable segment by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with Builders and Industrial clients, and ensuring consistent revenue generation through strategic sales planning and execution. Increase present market share from 3% to 10% in two years. Focusing on Builders Segment & Industrial Segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement

  • Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned territory. Ensure timely collection of customer and dealer dues. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Approve customer-specific plans within defined limits.

Customer Base Expansion

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new customers and dealers. Conduct market mapping and extraction planning. Recommend and finalize dealer appointments through analysis.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Share actionable insights with internal teams. Adapt sales approach based on competitor analysis.

Key Account Management

  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts to build brand preference. Customize engagement strategies for high-potential clients. Escalate strategic account concerns to leadership.

Promotional Activities

  • Organize seminars, product demos, and promotional events. Approve event formats and coordinate with marketing teams.

Network Expansion

  • Grow dealer network aligned with territory potential. Ensure coverage and service quality across regions. Recommend new dealer locations and support onboarding.

Requirements, Skills & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

38 years of B2B sales experience specifically in Building vertical.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
